This project aims to support the South African government’s Provincial Departments of Health and Provincial Councils on AIDS with capacity strengthening and technical support on financial planning, costing, expenditure monitoring and reporting.
OSISA Budget Monitoring Project
This project is conducted in partnership with TALC Zambia, strengthening the capacity of civil society organisations in Zambia to build evidence and use it to influence policies and budgets for maternal, newborn, child and women’s health (MNCWH).

CEGAA has been commissioned by PATH to conduct track government spending on general R&D and specific health R&D to understand government’s financial commitment to innovation for effective health resourcing and policy implementation.
Vutshila!
This is a partnership project between CEGAA and World Vision SA where CEGAA provides support on budget monitoring and expenditure tracking of health and education policies and World Vision implements its Citizen Voices and Action (CVA) at district level. The project covers five districts.
World Health Organisation (WHO) Programme on Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (PMNCH)
Through this project CEGAA provides technical support to WHO partners in various countries around health budget advocacy in various topics related to MNCH.
