The latest edition of SAfAIDS News (1, 2012, Vol.18, pp. 24-27) features CEGAA’s Budget Monitoring and Expenditure Tracking project in an article entitled:
Challenges and Opportunities for HIV, AIDS and TB Budget Monitoring at Local Level in South Africa by Nhlanhla Ndlovu and Judith King. We share our conceptual approach, methods and tools for participatory BMET capacity development, as well as findings from an impact plan review of the South African BMET project, conducted in February 2012 with our TAC partners to analyse our progress in key aspects of the project.
